Can your fresh meat be put in the freezer?
Yes, Our Italian sausages and pepperoni can be frozen any time prior to the best before date. Note that you do not need to freeze salami type products as they are dried and have a very long refrigerated life.

 How long can I keep your products in the refrigerator?
Please follow the best before date indicated on the package.

 How long can the product remain frozen?
We recommend no longer than 6 months.

 Do any of your products contain allergens?
We currently follow the information on allergens according to the Canadian Food Inspection agency and most allergens are on the ingredient list of our labels. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any uncertainty on your part.

 Can the casing on your sausage be eaten?
Yes. It is a natural casing that is safe to consume.

 How long can I keep sausage in the refrigerator once it's been cooked?
Cooked meat products can be kept in the refrigerator 3-4 days…

 I cannot seem to find Roma products where I do my groceries? What can I do?
You can speak to the meat and/or deli manager and request the product you are interested in.
